Tomorrow Is a Big Day — Two Events You Cannot Miss
Great American Cleanup at Garden of the Gods — Tomorrow, May 2nd, 8 AM to 10 AM
Tomorrow morning, Drip Queen Coffee shows up for Colorado Springs in one of the most tangible ways a business can: by getting our hands in the dirt and our hearts into the community that raised us. We are participating in the Great American Cleanup at Garden of the Gods, organized by the Fountain Creek Watershed District, and we are inviting every Royal who can make it to join us. The Great American Cleanup is the nation's largest community improvement program, held annually in more than 15,000 communities nationwide. Right here in Colorado Springs, the Fountain Creek Watershed District has spent over a decade coordinating local cleanup efforts that have removed more than 150 tons of trash from our waterways and open spaces. Garden of the Gods, the 1,300-acre public park that draws over 2 million visitors each year and sits at the base of Pikes Peak, is one of the most extraordinary natural spaces in North America, and it deserves the best care we can give it.
This is also a powerful expression of our company's values. After you clean up Garden of the Gods in the morning, come back and sit down with us in the afternoon. Our Monthly Military Meetup continues tomorrow, May 2nd, starting at 2 PM, right here at Drip Queen Coffee Café and Lounge, 3230 Centennial Blvd. Colorado Springs is home to one of the most extraordinary military communities in the United States, serving active-duty members, veterans, and families at Fort Carson, Peterson Space Force Base, Schriever Space Force Base, the United States Air Force Academy, and Cheyenne Mountain. These men and women are our neighbors, our customers, and some of the most remarkable people in our city, and our Military Meetup exists to create a space where genuine connection can happen in a setting that feels like home.
