All items in stock ship out in 1-2 business days.
Orders are shipped via USPS, and the price is determined by their current postal rate based on location and speed of selected delivery.
Customers have three shipping options: First Class, Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express
Shipping to Canada and Puerto Rico starts at $25.00
The price is applicable on the date on which you place your order.
Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.
Items are packed with the utmost care. Please inspect your package upon arrival. In the unexpected event of breakage, report to Drip Queen Coffee at the time of delivery.
We now offer the option to shop online and pick up your item in-store. Option available during checkout.

*During the Holiday Season, shipping may be delayed. We cannot control this, but we do everything to ensure package updates are sent timely.

A refund will be issued for merchandise cost only.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for perishable items
After corresponding with Drip Queen Coffee, ship back to address provided and shipped insured
Return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
Returns must be repacked in original packaging with receipt and tags, unused/unworn.
NOTE: Candle/Candy orders that are shipped during the hot summer months are ordered at your own risk, and could possibly arrive melted from sitting in a hot truck. Melted wax is only a cosmetic defect and should not affect the way your candle burns, and we cannot guarantee candy will not arrive in a melted condition.
