Cancellation Policy

Effective 01/01/2026 At Drip Queen Coffee, we’re committed to making every booking as seamless, transparent, and royal as your experience should be. This Booking Policy applies to all scheduled services including Event Catering Services, Outdoor Setup Services, and Special Event Reservations made through www.dripqueencoffee.com/booking. 1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit (if applicable) and completion of our online reservation form. A confirmation email will be sent to the provided address once your request is approved. Your reservation is not considered finalized until confirmation is received. 2. Deposit & Payment Terms A $200 reservation fee is required to secure your event date upon acceptance of services. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied toward your final balance. Final payment is due no later than 5 days prior to the event date unless otherwise arranged. We accept major credit/debit cards via our secure checkout system. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand life happens. To maintain fairness for all clients and event partners: Cancellations made 7 or more days before your event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 6 days of the event will forfeit the full deposit. Rescheduling is available up to 5 days prior, pending availability. All changes must be requested via email: contactdqcstaff@gmail.com 4. Outdoor Event Terms Outdoor setups are weather-dependent. In the case of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to pause or terminate service for safety. Clients are responsible for providing an alternate indoor location if necessary. Refunds or reschedules will be offered only if weather-related cancellations are made 48 hours in advance. 5. Service Area & Availability Drip Queen Coffee provides mobile catering throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. Availability is limited and based on staffing, logistics, and date demand. We recommend booking a minimum of 2–4 weeks in advance for major events. 6. Liability & Conduct Clients are responsible for ensuring event locations comply with local regulations, permits, and site access for setup. We are not liable for venue restrictions or third-party delays. Any damage caused to equipment or staff as a result of negligence may result in additional charges. By submitting a reservation, you acknowledge acceptance of this policy and agree to the T&C
