Job Summary:
Drip Queen Coffee is looking for energetic and reliable Tent Associates to represent our brand at outdoor markets, festivals, and community events. This role is ideal for someone with a vibrant personality who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys engaging with the public, and can handle the physical demands of setting up and breaking down events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and tear down tents, tables, signage, and point-of-sale equipment (must be able to lift 20+ lbs)

• Serve beverages, manage transactions, and engage with customers to create a memorable brand experience

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt to changing conditions quickly

• Represent Drip Queen Coffee with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

• Ensure all equipment and supplies are transported safely and securely

• Follow event-specific checklists and procedures

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, customer-focused, and confident in public interactions

• Mature, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

• Physically able to lift and carry event equipment (20+ lbs)

• Available to work weekends, early mornings, or evenings as needed

• Must be able to pass a background check to gain access to NCAA and other high-security events

Job Summary:
Drip Queen Coffee is seeking friendly, customer-focused Café Hosts to join our team! As a Café Host, you’ll be the first and last face our guests see, helping to create a warm, welcoming environment. You will greet customers, assist with seating, manage waitlists, and ensure the lounge maintains a clean and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional attitude

• Assist customers with seating and lounge flow

• Manage waitlists and communicate estimated wait times

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge area

• Support team members during busy hours

• Answer questions about our menu and offerings

• Ensure guests have an enjoyable and comfortable experience

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Friendly, welcoming demeanor

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus
