Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in setting up and dismantling event booths, indoor or outdoors, including Tent, tables, and POS hardware setup.

• Handles hot/cold beverage setup and sales. 

• Manage sales transactions and engage with customers to provide a memorable brand experience.

• Display products attractively and ensure pricing accuracy.

• Distribute marketing materials and promote Drip Queen Coffee’s offerings.

• Maintain a professional image and adhere to the dress code.

• Handle equipment and supplies responsibly, ensuring safe transport and operation.

• Work collaboratively with the team to manage inventory and resolve any issues that arise.

• Follow the event day checklist to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced event environment.

• Experience with POS systems and basic financial transactions preferred.

• Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Must have clean public record BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED for BASE ACCESS

• Must be able to lift more than 30 lbs with no restrictions

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend products that meet their needs. Drive sales through excellent service and in-depth product knowledge.

• POS Cashier: Efficiently handle the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accuracy in orders and payments. Manage cash and card transactions, and ensure the POS area is organized and clean.

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, restock products as needed, and assist in inventory counts. Keep track of inventory to ensure that popular items are always available.

• Drink Server: Serve coffee and other beverage orders with attention to detail and quality. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including any seasonal or promotional offerings.

• Routine Store Upkeep: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and inviting. This includes dusting, sweeping, cleaning surfaces, and any other tasks necessary to maintain a neat appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.

• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
