Peaberries differ from most coffee beans because they grow with one seed in each cherry. The seed becomes the coffee bean, and the cherry is the term for a coffee pod. Most other coffee pods have two seeds each. Only one out of every twenty cherries is a Peaberry, and these rarities have a stronger flavor than regular coffee beans. Tanzania Peaberry coffee beans are brightly acidic with a crisp taste. They are medium-bodied and slightly winy. Available in a 12oz coffee bag (Whole Bean).
